Showcase Your Organisation at AIComp25

Table-top exhibition space (£750 – Multiple spaces available): a table-top display in the main event foyer across all 3 days of the conference as well as a half-page advert in the official printed programme which will be available to all delegates.

Welcome Drinks Reception and Conference Dinner Sponsorship (£1200): This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your company by displaying banners and marketing materials. Your company’s name will be included in the event title and featured in the official printed programme, which will be distributed to all delegates. The package also includes a full-page advertisement in the programme.

Programme (£300): printed programme that will be handed to all delegates, a half-page advert in the programme is also included.

Lanyard (£300): ethically sourced, custom designed lanyard for all delegates, a half-page advert in the programme is also included.

Tote bag (£300): ethically sourced, custom designed cotton tote bag for all delegates, a half-page advert in the programme is also included.

Hydration station (£450): a soft drinks station for delegates across all 3 days of the conference, a half-page advert in the programme is also included. Your company banner can be co-located.
